Planning a Champagne Reception on a Beer Budget

Contrary to what some would have you believe; despite the economic times event and conference planning for a company is a vital party of their internal and external marketing campaign.  The only real thing that has changed is having to plan these same events on a smaller budget; quite the challenge for Event Planners everywhere.

At Capitol Event Firm we are always looking for new and unique ways to cut costs for our clients.  We do this by investigating various vendors and negotiating new deals and terms, researching unique venue spaces that might not be used for typical events or conference, but can be transformed (with a little event imagination) into a fabulous event space within your budget.  We also take pride in NOT marking up vendor costs and instead passing along our savings directly to the client!!
